    Our client, the main appliances company is looking for a new Marketing Manager for their Professionals area with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager. Based in Madrid and reporting to Regional Marketing Manager in Germany.  The main responsibilities will be: ¿ Execute the regional marketing strategy considering the corporate objectives in the respective Customer segment and local marke ¿ Address the required products, consumables & (digital) services and pricing for the markets to the Reg. Product / Customer Segment Director¿ Ensure the successful implementation of all marketing initiatives in line with local market requirements ¿ Implement respective Customer segment strategy for the country / affiliated countries¿ Responsibility of the product & marketing strategy in line with market needs & corporate guidelines¿ Manage the respective Customer segment, ensuring the implementation of strategy plans in the relevant product categories and of commercial best practice concepts¿ Oversee Marketing for the respective Customer segment: market monitoring for the country¿ Ensure all product launches are in line to the agreed Customer segment goals (growth, timeframe, costs)¿ Ensure execution of international marketing activities and promotions or local campaigns in line with market needs and corporate guidelines with the goal to generate leads in targeted markets (analog-to-digital)¿ Responsible for Translation, local specifications (direct / indirect) and distribution ¿ Organisation of local events, trade fairs and trainings in line with corporate guidelines and material¿ Provision of relevant sales & marketing tools for the country sales teams¿ Provide inputs for development of long-term strategy for respective Customer segment business¿ Cooperate closely with the Country Sales Manager and Reg. Product & Customer Segment Director HCS/LMD to identify and evaluate growth potentials within the Customer segment & define product requirements¿ Build close relationships and partnerships to key stakeholders in the country and relevant target groups, retailers, co-operations¿ Participate in Management Committees within region, to shape all key operational decisions and review performance
