    A multinational fashion company is looking for an experienced HR International Administration to join the HR Department of their Barcelona Offices. Reporting to the Payroll and Administration Manager, as a HR International Administration your functions will be:HR Administration:* Process all starters/leavers and contractual changes in HR databases.* Inform Payroll Provider on starters and leavers from the company and other related matters* Liaise with IT department to update on starters/leavers.* Prepare all contracts of employment and starter packs.* Update/administrate absences and holidays.* Process references and other requested documents.* Ensure copies of all payroll documentation, contractual changes, and other personnel-related matters are filed timely and correctly;* Chase all statutory / company documents to ensure complete files are present for all employees.* Support the HR Payroll & Administration Senior Manager & HR Business Partner. Payroll Administration* Prepare new starter information, leavers and employee changes on a monthly basis, ensuring that the correct authorization is obtained.* Liaise with all involved managers to prepare monthly spreadsheets detailing all overtime and commission payments.* Calculate the commission amounts for Retail/Office in all countries.* Calculate bonuses for Retail/Office in all countries.* Liaise with Finance department to process payments.* Issue annual and monthly payslips.* File all paperwork for audit purposes.* Deal with payroll queriesHR Advisory* Legal advice (especially in Germany), health and safety issues (especially in the Netherlands), providing documents concerning the employment. * Knowledge of labor law in Germany is required (terminations, holidays, contracts, contract types, notice periods)* Knowledge of labor law in the Netherlands, Austria (Switzerland) is a pre but will be required to learn on the job. Therefore affinity with legal matters is required.You will send various reports to HR Manager and also perform functions within the areas of Health & Safety and Policy / Internal Communication.
