It is a field sales position responsible to achieve the sales target assigned managing and developing the customers¿ portfolio assigned and winning new business in green field.

your functions
- Manage the assigned portfolio delivering customers visit fully documented in CRM
- Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Deliver the Net Turnover and any other sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected
- Definition of merchant¿s contract conditions (within the guidelines received) and deliver of account specific contractual obligations
- Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
- Maximize TFS business (Issue Ratio and Refund Ratio management)
- Document in CRM all merchants specific information and activity done
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
- Control the receivable to minimize bad debts exposure

position requisites
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets
- 2 or 3 years Account Management experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Available to travel (around Barcelona and once a month to Balearic Islands)
- Ability to sell the full product portfolio
- Good knowledge of MS Office products and CRM
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer relationship and management
- Self-motivated, customer focused and target driven
- Problem solving attitude
- Priority planning
- Negotiation skills
