- Accounts Receivable clearing
- Accounting reports & checks, aging
- Customers Master Data maintain and control.
- Internal invoicing
- Collection preparation.
- General accounting & checks.
- Dunning process and customer refunds.
- Other support to finance team

position requisites

• Formación

  : FP Grado Medio

• Conocimientos

  : - Deseable conocimiento de ERP SAP.

• Experiencia

  : 2 años

- Knowledge of SAP
- MS Office advance user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables)
- Language skills in English and Spanish. (Portuguese is an extra value)
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines
- Assertiveness, excellent communication and team spirit

- Flexible schedule (with 1 hour break for lunch): 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM
- Friday, July, and August schedule: 8AM-3PM
- Home office 2 days per week + August
- Temporary contract: 8 months
