- your functions

Your mission will be to carry out the operational processes of accounting for supplier invoices, monitoring and resolving incidents, as well as other tasks related to the accounting department.
Main Responsinilities:
- Verification of invoices vs orders
- Follow-up and resolution of incidents together with the different internal departments and complaints to suppliers.
- Review and posting of invoices in SAP
- Control and follow-up of the SII.
- Participation in accounting closures, as well as during internal and external audit periods.
- Support in the completion and submission of statistics, control and management of local
taxes.
- Generation of the issuing of payments to suppliers
- Collaboration in projects of continuous improvement of procedures in the areas of accounting and accounts payable - position requisites

- Business Degree in Administration or similar.
- 3 years of experience in the accounts payable department, preferably in an industrial company or shared services centre with high volume.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP is essential.
- Advanced MS Office (especially Excel)
- Skills: planning and organisation, initiative and proactivity, strategic vision, results orientation, relational skills, high capacity person, teamwork and continuous improvement.- Formación: Grado: Grado en Finanzas y Contabilidad
