Our MISSION is to drive forward the digital transformation of BASF providing innovative, global
and high-quality digital products and services through a strong agile culture. Part of the GDS
strategy, BASF Shared Services Center Kuala Lumpur (BSSCKL) is one of the established Digital
Hub for APAC region.
To support our product family, we are looking for an experienced Agility Master to join one of
our product teams. You will support the team in finding the best way to define and achieve
targets, prioritize activities, and focus on the most important things.
As an Agility Master you will be responsible for preparing workshops and agile ceremonies,
resolving conflicts and coaching team members on agile best practices. You should have
excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Your main responsibilities:
¿ Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to
delight customers.
¿ Building a trusting and safe and safe environment where problems can be raised
without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and
problem-solving.
¿ Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the
right personnel to remove the impediment.
¿ Supporting and coaching the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining
the product backlog
¿ Facilitating discussions, team workshops & agile ceremonies
¿ Ensuring that the team can focus on the topics that are most important for them
¿ Supporting OKR methodology to contribute to our GDS targets
¿ Providing feedback to the team and coach team members
¿ In addition, you will contribute to the agile journey of the whole product family &
support cross-product initiatives. - position requisites

Our main requirements:
¿ Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable
field
¿ Certification in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN)
¿ More than 4 years of experience in agile projects and agile implementation
¿ Experience playing the Agile Master role for a team that was diligently applying agile
principles, practices, and theory
¿ Excellent communication and coaching skills
¿ Excellent English skills
¿ Experience with virtual collaboration tools
¿ Team-player and team-builder
¿ Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Nice to have:
¿ Professional coaching certification
¿ Certification in full stack tools (e.g. Atlassian, JIRA, Azure DevOps)- Formación: Grado
