your functions

The Role:

The individual in this role performs cGMP QC testing for QC Bioassay specifically for In Vitro Relative Protein/IVRPE), release, stability and may support Method Qualification and Acquisition. Also, this individual may troubleshoot assay methods and support investigations for OOS and other non-conforming results.

Here's What You¿ll Do:

Perform tasks as needed to maintain GMP compliance
Performs routine analytical bioassay testing supporting Cell Biology, including ELISA.
Performs general laboratory support activities including reagent preparation, sample management, equipment maintenance, lab housekeeping etc.
Performs data entry and supports trending
May assist with troubleshooting assay methods and equipment.
LIMS (LabVantage) sample result entry, execution of Electronic Assay Forms in LIMS
Stability program support
Managing/stocking of QC lab supplies
Write/revise SOPs, protocols and reports
Complete and maintain cGMP documentation for work performed.
Participate in quality systems records such as investigation, deviations, change controls, CAPAs
Establish and maintain a safe laboratory working environment.
Follow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Execute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Follow Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and maintained for use by the business and available to support audits or inspections.

  : experience with cell-based assays and biological systems, cell culture, elisa or other immunoassays, knowledge of relevant and current fda, eu, ich guidelines and regulations

Here¿s What You¿ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

Technical qualification (FP, ciclo superior) or degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or other relevant scientific discipline with at least 2 years¿ experience.
Working experience: minimum 2 years¿ experience in quality control laboratory of a pharmaceutical company is preferred.
Hands-on experience with cell-based assays and biological systems, cell culture, transfection, ELISA or other immunoassays.
Working knowledge of relevant and current FDA, EU, ICH guidelines and regulations preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
Ability to efficiently prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
English level: minimum B2 level required.
