Multinational company with more than 20 years of experience with enterprise-level mobile messaging to each of our clients is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Reporting to and working closely with the Regional Sales Leader, the BDM will focus on sell ing our award winning solutions into large government (local, state and federal) customers and large enterprise customers with a particular focus on the financial services / banking, health, education,
retail, and logistics industry verticals
- your functions
¿ Developing , executing and regularly updating a territory Go To Market Plan, including identification of key accounts to target in key market segments and regular tracking of progress against opportunities.
¿ Achieving and maintaining Key Performance Indicator¿s (KPI¿s) set by the r egional sales leader
¿ Generating leads and prospecting new business opportunities through a range of channels including leveraging existing networks, attending industry events, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools, and telephone based prospecting.
¿ Building , owning & closing a new business pipeline2.
¿ Understand ing client challenges, scopin g their requirements & working with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales operations, pre sales, product and customer services teams ) to shape and sell optimum solutions
¿ Preparing and delivering engaging and compelling software solutions proposals.
¿ Oversee ing the transition of new clients to the Customer Service team to ensure smooth client onboarding process es and ongoing Service Delivery excellence.
¿ Developing and maintaining knowledge of local telecommunications and related regulations, customer mo tivations, and customer buying patterns.
¿ Keep ing the company ¿s CRM up to date and maintain ing accurate sales forecasting as part of a cadence of internal reporting requirements.

Degree in Business Administration
Four years of experience in similar position
Experience in new client acquisition and international market development
Commercial and negotiation skills.
