The Creative Specialist is tasked with building the company brands with creative projects that contribute to business objectives. Creative ideas that will answer brands briefings and will land into paid and owned media to drive impact. The Creative Specialist will manage the in-house studio, The Mix Madrid. The in-house studio management will also require ability to inspire a creative team, help them to prioritize, achieve levels of savings and apply the brand positioning with a consistency mindset. The Creative Specialist will work in a great integrated team environment and should make the best and most creative usage of the different touchpoints within the user journey. This position will also require great selling and presentation skills to seduce and inspire the brand teams to execution the proposed ideas.

Create content ideas and projects for company brands to achieve business goals
Deliver ready to adapt content projects and formats for brand owned channels, for Spain and potentially other markets
Receive brand projects briefings and leverage content projects to support project objectives
Manage internal in-house agency
Secure always on brand communication in digital through on going assets and specific brand content projects
Coordination with Brand teams to sell ideas and get approvals
Coordinate minor requests from other departments (such as On Trade Marketing)
Coordination with Brand Owner digital teams
4-6 years in brand management, project manager in creative agencies or creative agency as creative director.
High level of English.
