Mission:
Leading the function of Industrial Controlling all along Gonvarri Industries by:1. Mastering the Operational KPI (OKPI), ensuring their accuracy, reliability and availability on time, analyzing performance, trends and inachievements.2. Deploying costs to analyze performance, margins and profitability of our processes and products, ensuring they are being a part of the decision making process.3. Inspiring and supporting cost cut-offs in Gonvarri industries in order to increase our competitive edge.¿ Comparing OKPI or unitary costs from the different sites for fixing benchmarks, mainstreaming best practices.¿ Proposing specific positive actions to improve performance and profitability.¿ Evolves the information standards available in Minerva according to the evolution of our business. - your functions

Funciones y responsabilidades / Roles and Responsibilities:
¿ Coordinating the KPI & Cost reporting process in Minerva, by ensuring the accuracy of financial and non-financial statements within the framework of the group reporting guidelines.
¿ Tracking Operational and Costs performance in every Gonvarri site, analyzing deteriorations or deviations on targets and reporting critical situations to every Manager concerned.¿ Maintaining the constant comparison between sites, processes and products.¿ Establishing the proper information tool and flows with every site to make them aware of their industrial performance.¿ Building the specific analysis related to OKPI or Costs requested from the Gonvarri Top Managers.¿ Promoting and supporting Cost Reduction Plans in every Gonvarri site.¿ Supports the continuous improvement of Minerva. - position requisites

¿ Estudios y conocimientos específicos / Studies and expertise:
- Economics or/and Engineering.¿ Regular training in Cost Accounting & Analytics.¿ Regular training in International Controlling & Reporting will be valued.
¿ Idiomas / Languages:
- Proficiency in English.¿ Proficiency in Spanish.¿ Other languages will be a plus.
¿ Herramientas / Tools:
- ERP as user (SAP, Oracle, Navision, JDE).¿ Advanced Excel.¿ Tools for database management.
¿ Experiencia / Experience:
- More than 4 years of experience in international multisite industrial Groups, mainly in operational positions.¿ Use of operational Balance Scorecard.¿ Use of Costs to analyze margins.¿ Use of operational KPI: analysis of deviations and follow-up of action plans.¿ Familiarity with continuous improvement systems will be valued.
