- You will be supporting the BD Customer Care and Price & Tender teams during the go-live and hyper care period of the Athena-2 program. The Athena-2 Program is aiming to replace current Legacy ERP & ERP Satellite systems as well as to deliver new solutions to address current and futurebusiness needs. Next to implementing S/4 Hana SAP as an ERP system, the program is about the transformation of our Quote to Cash (QTC) solutions and transitioning to a more customer centric QTC solutions and operating model.

- your functions
- - Supporting the Customer Care team with their daily activities (creation of credit notes, returns and replacements, backorder management) and the Athena-2 cutover activities.- Supporting the Tender & Pricing team with the Athena-2 cutover and hypercare activities.- First point of contact for our customers: answering calls, chats and written inquiries, provide information concerning orders, products, deliveries and Athena-2 related process changes impacting our customers.- Handling customer service claims: intake, logging and follow up of customer claims.- Handling pricing inquiries and resolving price tasks and price claims.- Supporting the sales team on inquiries such as checking product availability, order status and pricing inquiries.- General support to any other functions related to the legal entity integration and Athena 2 project.

- Customer centric mindset.- Good understanding and communication in English and Portuguese is desirable.- Good communication and effective listening skills.- Team player.- Enjoy administrative skills.- Problem-solving skills.- Eye for details.- JDE ERP Knowledge is a plus.- SAP knowledge is a plus.- A bachelor¿s degree or equivalent in experience desirable.
