- your functions

Between other tasks, you will be in charge of:
- Handling customer calls and emails.
- Processing customer orders (input data, digital order processing...)
- Tracking orders to delivery (manage incidents and delivery problems)
- Teaming up and constant contact with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Tech Service...).
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Resolving customers issues and complaints. - position requisites

- Fluent in French and English, German would be a plus
- Previous experience in an Order Management role or in companies of Molecular diagnosis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC
- Experience of EDI preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, reliable, and able to plan and follow up on outstanding issues- Formación: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria
