Participates as a member of the Data Privacy & Protection program team. Works closely with the Program Manager to advance and maintain the data privacy function by promoting compliance with privacy regulations and directives (including, but not limited to GDPR in the EU), helping to reduce liability exposure, and minimizing threats to financial, organizational, and reputational assets.

Responsibilities:- Proactively work with business process, information technology, and country teams to ensure compliance with applicablelaws and regulations.- Maintain basic understanding of applicable privacy regulations and policies and to serve as a data privacy SME forbusiness stakeholders- Collaborate with Data Protection Office (DPO) and other privacy stakeholders as needed to address regulatory orcompliance issues, concerns, or questions.- Utilize technical and business knowledge to design and implement secure solutions to meet compliance requirements.- Participate on and/or lead meetings and workshops, including process-centric and country-centric advocate networks.- Provide project management or Business Analyst support for various initiatives.- Facilitate the deployment of opt-in/out requirements where Consent has been identified as the required lawful basis forprocessing.- Administrate and maintain consent management platform (OneTrust).- Perform end-to-end documentation, tracking and management of privacy-related issues, risks, and cases includingfollow-through and resolution.- Maintain required privacy documentation assets, including Processing Registers, Data Flow Maps, Third-Party Processorregisters, and other relevant records.- Support management and resolution of Subject Rights Requests (SRR).- Participate in Cookie Compliance Management initiatives.- Assess many competing factors, form correct judgments, and provide recommendations that balance current andanticipated business and regulatory needs.- Inform and advise business and technology stakeholders on the company¿s obligations under the GDPR and other dataprivacy regulations and directives.- Monitor and audit compliance with the GDPR and other data privacy regulations and directives.- Participate in development and delivery of trainings promoting compliance awareness.- Provide updates for periodic reports and KPIs.- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications - ExternalRequired:- Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.- Knowledge of basic Project Management and/or Business Analysis concepts- Ability to actively identify and solve problems and pursue improvement opportunities.- Build relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and teamwork.- Ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations and meet deadlines.- Ability to comprehend basic technical, legal, and regulatory reference materials.- Ability to understand and apply learned concepts- Ability to communicate in English.- Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques and tools to compliance issues.- Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences and deal effectively with confidential issues that are sensitive innature.Desirable:- Working knowledge of marketing, sales, customer care, or other relevant business processes.- Familiarity with GDPR and other privacy regulations and directives- Knowledge of data management concepts and practices.- Experience with data privacy, cyber risk, and/or data protection.- Familiarity with popular privacy technologies such as OneTrust- Working knowledge of web-based content management and/or delivery of digital customer experience- Foundational level of business acumen, preferably in Marketing and digital technology subject areas.- French or Spanish language skills
