A renowned company in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner.

Lead Demand and Supply Planning processes to ensure maximum delivery performance towards customers while optimizing inventory utilization. Ensure and enable a collaboration environment between Sales, Operations and Finance areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Demand Planning process and act as the link between Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
- Define inventory strategy for each material group (raw materials, finished goods).
- Assist in defining the replenishment methodologies and planning parameters.
- Validate Production and Sourcing plans according to business needs.
- Support new product launch as well as phase-out processes.
- Inventory monitoring and control (stock level, coverage, obsoletes)
- Support in projects as subject matter expert.

: Grado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: sap, planning tools -
Experiencia
: 5 años
- University Degree: Industrial Organization Engineering or Bachelors on International Business
Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management education. APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create and validate models.
- Able to travel when required.
- 5 years + experience in Demand, Supply and Inventory planning in multinational companies
- Advanced SAP user (MM, PP, SD)
- Power-user in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience working with Demand Planning / Inventory Optimization tools.

- Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM; Monday to Thursday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Fridays from 2:30 PM onwards
- Lunch break: between 30 minutes and 2 hours
