ContactarWe are seeking a recent graduate for our Draxton Graduate Program (DGP) at our Atxondo Central Services location.
The DGP is a rotational training program designed to develop participants into future leaders through direct mentorship, focused training on technical and leadership skills, and involvement in challenging, cross-functional projects. This includes opportunities for both local and international on-site experiences. Our goal is for participants to integrate into our long-term leadership pipeline.

Draxton is a specialized manufacturer of components for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles, serving over 100 clients across 6 countries with 4,000 employees.

Main Responsibilities:
- Core Engineering: Parametrize dimensional factors for components. Optimize Kassandra software for porosity prediction and use Magma for predicting slag formation and running HOT SPOT simulations.
- Design and Modeling: Support the quotation process , prepare 2D and 3D designs , and modify part or tool 3D models for reviews and presentations.
- Data Validation: Correlate Magma simulation data with real casting results, support casting/simulation trials, and assist with data collection and rejection reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze production waste across plants and actively participate in cross-functional CI teams to reduce waste and create CI management tools.
- Customer and Corrective Actions : Track customer claims and their action plans. Monitor all Corrective and Preventive Actions from plant quality indicators, external, and internal audits.
- QMS and New Projects: Manage APQP documentation for new projects. Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System , updating documentation in line with IATF 16949 requirements, and help standardize improvement actions across plants.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education & Language: Proactive, adaptable, highly motivated individual with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and high proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
- Logistics & Availability: Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle. Full-time availability is required, with an incorporation date in January 2026.
- Experience & Program Requirements: Maximum of 2 years of professional experience in the sector. Candidates must be available for travel and temporary residence abroad during the 12-month program.
- Key soft skills required include Adaptability, Resilience, Proactivity, Initiative, Communication, and Leadership.
