Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Event Manager (f/m/d) Event Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for executing and measuring in-person congresses and events in France and Spain. The Event Manager (f/m/d) will be located in
the Barcelona office and should be energized to work with the Event Marketing Team members dedicated to Spain and France. In this role, the candidate will be expected to provide the best customer experience during all congresses and events, to understand and communicate the value of Gore and support and grow the value of the Enterprise brands.

1. Drive the event planning process from A to Z (incl. attendee management)
2. Proactively manage timelines for event deliverables which may include promotion, communication and marketing materials, social media posts, and back-end setup of events on both digital and on-site venues
3. Learning, accessing, and utilizing current tools, mainly Cvent, and technology across multiple computer systems to create, track and verify internal and external communication
4. Perform every duty accurately in a fast-paced and compliant environment while maintaining a high level of customer service and

: Grado: Grado en Protocolo y Organización de Eventos -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C2 -
Conocimientos
: Dominio Microsoft Office, timeline -
Experiencia
: 3 años
1.Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in one of the following roles: customer service, event management, backoffice manager
2. Self-directed and motivated
3. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and proactive approach
4. Excellent communication skills and business professionalism
5. Ability to learn and implement new tools and technologies, exercise independent judgment and discretion, communicate effectively in both written and verbal format, coordinate multiple concurrent activities, prioritize business requests and problem solve daily business activities.
6. The ability to work under time pressure on a variety of parallel topics
7. Advanced knowledge and command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other data management systems as required by business. Knowledge of Cvent would be beneficial. SAP beneficial
8. Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment
9. Fluent in English, Spanish, French
