Our client is a multinational software corporation in over more than 180 countries.

your functions
The mission of the position is to increase customer retention, renewals and upsells/cross-sells by building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring that the customer can maximize the value of their partnership and will become a reference customer.

- Ability to identify and understand the needs of the customers.
- Develop and implement account strategies and engagement plans to increase adoption to retain current revenue footprint
- Develop relationships with account key decision makers and executive sponsors, and participate in regular review meetings with the identified stakeholders as per the governance plan.
- Develop client specific, achievable KPI¿s and ensure the client is working towards achieving these, providing guidance and identifying help as needed

position requisites
- Languages: German and English OR French and English OR Russian and english OR Spanish and English.
- Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent
- Commercial experience including experience developing account management plans
- At least 3-5 years of experience as account manager in a digital environment.

- Base Salary plus Bonus.
