our client
A fast-growing international company in the dermocosmetics and supplements industry is looking for an Export Manager to lead operations in Germany, acting as a key link between HQ and the local market. With two recent acquisitions in Central Europe, the goal is to professionalize the business, drive structure and support commercial growth directly from the head office.
your functions
Lead the commercial and strategic development of the German subsidiary, in close coordination with HQ.
Take full responsibility for the P&L, budgets, sales strategy, and team performance.
Ensure alignment on marketing, supply chain, product launches, and local market needs.
Bring structure to operations, processes, and team collaboration.
Maintain regular presence in Germany (monthly visits), especially during the first two years.
Oversee the Polish subsidiary when needed.
Manage a portfolio of international distributors (approx. 70% of role).
position requisites

: Licenciado: Administración y Dirección de Empresas -
Idiomas
: Alemán: C2 -
Conocimientos
: excel -
Experiencia
: 4 años
Degree in Business, International Trade, or similar.
Proven experience managing subsidiaries or international markets.
Fluent German is a must, along with strong command of English and/or Spanish.
Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma or healthcare is highly valued.
Analytical mindset with strategic vision and operational discipline.
Strong interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and leadership capabilities.
