Leading pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Finance Manager
ver menosyour functions
Provide financial and management reports with the right analytics to CFO, while
recommending further courses of action.
¿ Manage the preparation of the business plans in coordination with the various
other departments.
¿ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and actual
performance compared to the plans.
¿ Develop trends and projections related to PL, BS and Cashflow forecasting
¿ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-efficiency opportunities.
¿ Engage the right stakeholders and coordinate their activities ensuring the optimal
results on a timely manner.
Engage and liaise with auditors when required to ensure accuracy on the
financials
¿ Oversee operations of the finance departments, set goals and objectives, and
design a framework for these to be met.
¿ Define and implement the right tools and softwares required to gain efficiencies
through the processes and enhance data accuracy

: Licenciado: Administración y Dirección de Empresas -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: sap4hana -
Experiencia
: 3 años
company.
¿ Experience as financial analyst, controlling or FP&A.
¿ Proven adaptation in rapidly changing environments
¿ Extensive understanding of financial trends, financial, business and operating
metrics.
¿ Proficient user of finance ERPs, ideally with experience on implementation and
integration of different softwares. SAP4HANA will be desirable
¿ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
¿ Able to manage, guide and lead teams
¿ A solid understanding of financial statistics, statutory regulations and accounting
principles
¿ Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with experience in Audit, ideally from
a Big4
¿ English and Spanish a must, rest will be plus
¿ Master or other Professional qualification will be considered a plus
