Randstad Barcelona is managing the recruitment process of 2 Back Office agents for the german market in one of our clients of Insurance field. 


Attached to the Back Office service, you are in charge of the entry of the elements that facilitate the administrative management of customer relations center and data entry to generate billing, therefore, activate the regulations in benefit of the partners.

your functions

As a call agent:

KEY MISSIONS
1. Take charge of insured persons by respecting the rules enacted in the client's script
2. Ensuring the quality of the customer relationship (reception, quality of listening, quality of information provided)
3. Organize insurance coverage appointments by external partners (repairers, experts, etc.) in accordance with client commitments (time taken to make appointments)
4. Inform the client about the characteristics of the services offered and advise him in his choice to aim for maximum orientation in the partner network
5. Systematically adhere to the specific administrative management procedures for each client (ensuring from the opening until the closing date the registration of all required activities). Ensures the quality of the data recorded in the management tool.
6. Refit the claims of the insured / agents to the services / Quality / Animation Network / Sales. (deadlines, sad not honored, pb VR, pb support ....)
7. Refresh agent management incidents to Team Leader.
8. Support all calls automatically routed by the PLC (incoming and outgoing calls), assess the degree of urgency and organize the procedures for intervention
9. Provide hospitality in accordance with the rules of ethics, confidentiality and courtesy.
10. Ensure the traceability of each request and answer provided by entering this information into each file (comments on the reason for refusal, cancellation of the service, complaint ....)
11. Ensure and actively participate in the respect of all KPIs (customer performance indicator)

As a back office:

Entering different internal software,
Invoice validation,
Data search for processing,
Enter invoices received by email
Creation of a loss statement,
Entering the estimated cost for repairs, picking up and sending insurance support,
Enter the return of repair appointments

position requisites

Native German, fluent in English

Versatility: daily change of tasks
Back office / Data entry experience
Strong motivation and participation
Autonomy, rigor, anticipation
Good use of software (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...)
Native German language or equivalent
High level of English

Contract directly with our client.

Company located in Barcelona city (near Marina's neighborhood)

22.000 euros gross as base annual salary + 10% variable

Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 hrs.
