Leading multinational company in Asturias is looking for an expert in sourcing with high level of Danish and English to join its International Service Center in Asturias.

your functions


Payroll Processing:


Preparation and processing of weekly/bi weekly and monthly payroll runs as per company requirements
Responsible for correct calculation and deductions and execution of the same to employees, including grossed-up adjustments, etc
Maintain payroll records up to date and ensure processes and procedures follows current regulation. Entering employee information and payroll data into the system or provide to TPV.
Respond and resolve queries from employees and management relating to payroll
Balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces of payroll related data
Convert corresponding Time & Attendance Data into accurate payroll data for payout/deduction
Manage absences and corresponding payments such as sick leaves, maternity, paternity, parental leave etc.
Manage Tax and Social Security declarations and reporting to other local authorities or Third Party Vendors
Issuing statements detailing earnings and deductions.
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
Preparing periodic payroll reports
Managing of inhouse as well as outsourced payroll management through TPV
Management of special payments for Leavers
Collaborating in or lead projects related to improvements in advisor's area of expertise (on long term)


position requisites

Other HR related experience will be valued such as:


Absence and Reimbursment management through country authorities

Legal knowledge on vacation cycle

Knowledge and understanding about Labour Law and Collective/Barging Argreements

Acting as process owner for certain HR related processes

Verbal and written communication with internal parties (e.g. employees, HR colleagues) and external parties (e.g. benefit providers), regarding HR processes using telephone, e-mail and letters - on individual basis as well as in bulk

Processing of confidential HR data: input, maintenance

TPV administration and cooperating in processing of HR related invoices (e.g. from benefit providers)

Knowledge documentation: Updating of existing and creation of new documentation
