Collaborate with the management team on organisation design changes, strategic planning and implement recruitment and selection program (internal/external) to align with, and meet business demand and HR cost control in line with HQ guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
Advise/influence management decisions that carry short-/long-term human capital implications in line with business direction;
Lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures and define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
Develop training and development plans based on business needs, Yearly Performance and Talent Identification Process for the cluster, including Training to Managers and Employees, supporting them in identifying professional development opportunities
Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition actions ;
Enforce management guidelines by ensuring compliance of all HR processes & policies as well as creating local required processes & policies in line with group guidelines and employment regulations;Provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement and standards, using coaching and development approach. - position requisites

Qualifications, education, training
Bachelor or Master Degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal or equivalent.
Up to 3 years of experience in HR Management role
experience in Recruitment and/or Training and/or Development Specialist roles
Preferred experience in HR role at services and/or sales departments in an international context.- Formación: Licenciado: Psicología
