Our European HR Service Center in Asturias (northern Spain) is looking for Human ResourcesProfessionals, who will specialize on one of the following centralized activities: benefits, termsand conditions, data management, global mobility, staffing, compensation, payroll.

 

your functions

The HR operations advisor provides HR administration and payroll services to employees. Tasks of the advisor include some of the following activities, guided by established service standards:

*Acting as process owner for HR related processes.*Verbal and written communication with internal parties (e.g. employees, HR colleagues) and external parties (e.g. tax authorities, benefit providers), regarding HR processes using ServiceNow and email - on individual basis as well as in bulk.*Processing of confidential HR data.*Administration of employee benefits, terms and conditions.*TPV administration and cooperating in processing of HR related invoices (e.g. from benefit providers).*New hire administration processes, interacting with managers, recruiters, candidates and local HR colleagues.*Manage compensation processes following company policies, such as awards, promotions, yearly bonus calculations, general increases, etc,*Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs, including correct calculation and execution of special payments to employees.*Balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces of payroll related data.*Manage Tax and Social Security declarations, payments and enquiries.*Collaborating in or lead projects related to improvements in advisor's area of expertise.*Knowledge documentation.*Year-end activities as required, related to local and international payroll and reporting/ statistics.

position requisites

*Studies in Business Administration, HR, economics,*Advanced English and German, Russian, Dutch*Good command of Office tools.*SAP/SNOW/Workday knowledge is a plus.*Attention to detail.*Capability to work under pressure.*Team worker.*Ability to structure and prioritize work under high pressure and tight timelines.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Proactive attitude*Flexibility

  • Formación: Licenciado, Grado, Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior, Diplomado
  • Idiomas: Inglés: C1
  • Conocimientos: Excel, idiomas, payroll
  • Experiencia: 1 año
