¿ Together with senior management, develops, implements and leads business and sales strategies to enable growth
¿ Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
¿ Grows market share through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing business
¿ Presents to and consults with senior management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and potential customers and sectors
¿ Provides short and long term forecast to support revenue, product and hardware planning
¿ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifies and develops the company¿s unique selling propositions and differentiators that will lead to increased profit, and improved customer satisfaction
¿ Identifies and initiates relationships with potential partners
¿ Establishes positive collaborative relationships with internal team members located at varying locations worldwide to facilitate effective and open communication in support of a superior customer experience
¿ Maintains an effective and clear understanding of industry regulations, market trends and competitive landscape
¿ Elevates and promotes the company brand and image
¿ Attends industry functions, events and conferences, and provides feedback and information on market and industry trends

¿ Sales experience in Car Maker dealership and network for Fleet and Consumers
¿ Good understanding of the challenges selling a vehicle and maintain customer loyalty
¿ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills coupled with technical knowledge in the telematics technology, software development, automotive and other related applicable markets
¿ Must have bachelor¿s degree in engineering, sales, business or related
¿ Minimum 10 years industry experience in his region with good network and track records
¿ Ability to work remotely in international environment
