The Indirect Tax Analyst supports the EMEA Tax team in
managing day-to-day indirect tax compliance activities,
with a primary focus on VAT. This role provides hands-
on exposure to indirect tax processes across multiple
jurisdictions and is well suited for a junior professional
looking to learn and develop within a multinational tax
function.
The position also contributes to the accuracy, efficiency,
and continuous improvement of VAT reporting,
reconciliations, and data processes, including the use of
SAP and tax-related reporting and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end VAT compliance processes
for assigned countries, including VAT, ESL, and
Intrastat filings.
- Assist with VAT netting, VAT payments, and
month-end closing activities.
- Prepare VAT account reconciliations and support
tax-related journal entries.
- Support VAT audits and assist with responses to
tax authority queries.
- Monitor changes in indirect tax requirements and
support internal implementation.

Support data validation, reporting, and process
improvements in SAP and tax tools (e.g. Excel,
Alteryx).
- Collaborate with EMEA Finance, Shared
Services, and other internal stakeholders to
support accurate indirect tax reporting.

  : : manejo avanzado de excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, informes)

• Experiencia

  : 2 años

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting,
Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Junior profile (0-2 years of experience) or strong
academic background.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles;
SAP FI knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with interest in systems,
data, and automation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Alteryx,
Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet
deadlines in a structured environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Business proficiency in English and Spanish;
additional European languages are a plus.
