- To strengthen our client Central Tax team, Randstad is looking for a talented Indirect Tax Compliance Officer that loves a professional challenge and is passionate about delivering great value to a commercial business in growth mode.

- your functions

- Daily monitoring and handling of the errors as indicated by the VAT reporting tools (global scope).
- Coordinate the timely submission of VAT & Intrastat returns, SAF-T reporting.
- Coordinate the timely submission of any reporting obligations related to environmental/plastic taxes.
- Prepare and participate in both VAT audits and audits related to environmental/plastic taxes.
- Monitor VAT obligations worldwide as they arise and implementing solutions in line with the new reporting requirements.
- Monitor other indirect tax compliance obligations (with a strong focus on environmental/plastic taxes).
- Assist other departments (eg. accounting, sales and purchase departments) on VAT questions.
- Collaborate with external auditor at year-end.
- Assist in the further roll out of the VAT reporting tool worldwide: integration of new entities, design and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Contribute to other European indirect tax projects as they arise, e.g. the establishment of a tax control framework. - position requisites

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Law or Accountancy and preferably with a specific interest for VAT and environment/sustainability. Specialization in tax or any tax experience is considered as a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluent knowledge of English is required.- Other European language skills are considered as an asset.- Formación: Grado: Grado en Derecho
