- Important company in the chemical sector in the process of growth and expansion needs to incorporate a Quality Engineer in the Madrid area.
- your functions
-
- Work with process engineers on continuous improvement projects such as FOD, vision systems, cost reduction and global projects.
- Work with satellite plants on standardisation plans.
- Work closely with production to implement the "get it right first time" culture and "fail-safe initiatives" and improve understanding of customer requirements.
- Problem solving: Understand the root cause of major problems (customer rejections, complaints, internal NC's, scrap, etc.), implement robust corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to avoid recurrence.
- Implement preventive actions and standardise lessons/good practices learned across all lines.
- Work on process procedures and training on the shop floor.
- Work with process engineers on continuous improvement projects such as FOD, vision systems, cost reduction and global projects.

Degree in Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering
Level of spoken and written English B2
Willingness to travel
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position to the one offered
Experience in composites- Formación: Ingeniero Técnico: Aeronáutico, Ingeniero Técnico: Industrial, Ingeniero Técnico: Aeronáutico Equipos y Materiales Aeroespaciales, Ingeniero Superior: Químico, Ingeniero Superior: Industrial, Ingeniero Superior: Ingeniero de Materiales
- Idiomas: Inglés: B2
