your functions

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to strengthen our Supply Chain operations and
ensure full accuracy and integrity of the stock stored across our ThirdParty Warehouses. In this role, you
will safeguard inventory reliability, lead reconciliation activities, and drive continuous improvement across
our external logistics network.

Key responsibilities:
 
- Manage ThirdParty Inventory. Oversee all stock held in external warehouses, ensuring alignment
between physical inventory and system records.
- Cycle Counts & Stock Counts. Provide leadership and governance over cycle count and stock
count activities across all ThirdParty Warehouses, ensuring that counts are executed accurately and
aligned with internal requirements.
- Daily Inventory Reconciliation. Monitor and reconcile stock movements to ensure accuracy and
timely issue detection.
- Investigate & Resolve Deviations. Analyze discrepancies (surplus, shortage, lost, damaged) and
implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle Claims with Warehouse Partners. Analyze and claim stock lost or damaged by warehouse
suppliers.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with warehouse partners,
production plants, sales, and customer service teams.
- Deliver Reporting & Analytics ¿ Provide accurate reporting and insights to support operational and
financial decisions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement ¿ Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance inventory
accuracy and process efficiency.

position requisites

  • Formación

    : Grado
  • Idiomas

    : Inglés: C1
  • Conocimientos

    : excell nivel alto, sap nivel alto
  • Experiencia

    : 1 año

Required Competencies: 

- Bachelor s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
- Teamoriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
