Multinational company reaching customers in more than one hundred countries and having five manufacturing sites in Europe, with an ambitious development plan for the future, has decided to develop its value proposition on digital access control for new sales channels, with a specific focus on the real-estate market, where proptech and IoT solutions want to be provided.
The KAM will be inserted in an international organization with solid skills, having the support of pre-sales, solutions excellence and executive teams.
Role will report into Sales Manager Spain.
- your functions
The KAM will be responsible for the total value proposition to the customer. Gains access and credibility with the high level management within the customer.
Manages or influences multidisciplinary teams in the company towards total customer satisfaction. Strongly aligns across diverse activities within ISEO. Maximizes business opportunities.
Develop/facilitate executive level relationships. Develops a strategic customer business plan, fully integrated with marketing.
Shapes a customer focused organization. Creates opportunities with strategic contacts. Builds multidisciplinary teams
Create total customer awareness inside our organization across all relevant entities and decision makers.
Balances risks and spots opportunities to maximize value.
Assesses and identifies viable and breakthrough propositions.
- position requisites
Solid experience (+3 years) in the real-estate market segment with knowledge of the ecosystem that revolves around complex projects (funds, general contractors, specifiers, etc...)
Have the ability to hunt and seek out new opportunities
Understand the digital needs of prospects and accounts, helping them in their digital transformation process
