we are searching candidates with Logistics experience

our client

Multinational company located in Asturias

your functions

- Monitoring & coordination of all operational flows of third-party warehouses (inbound /
outbound / return).
- Orders in error status handling.
- Rush requests coordination.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and
resolve any shipping issues.
- Collaborate with customer service, DRP and warehouse teams to address order-related
issues and ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
- Generate Safety Data sheets in GHS tool, if required.
- Provide Advise of delivery date or Proof of delivery, if required.
- Provide export documentation to support custom clearance processes.
- Efficient cross-functional communication; coordination & resolution of operational
disruptions (IT outage(s), capacity issues, etc.)
- Maintain internal/external correspondence in case of unforeseen events (summer shutdown,
strikes) & bank holidays.
- Participate in calls with the main 3PL and carriers for checking warehouse performance,
support issue resolution, identify possible structural issues and provide long term solutions.
- SOP preparation / review with third-party warehouses.
- Coordination of EDI implementation processes with carriers/warehouses.
- Generate reports on order fulfillment progress, including key performance indicators and
areas for improvement.
- Non-conformity cases creation in Salesforce.
- Analyze and be able to improve existing processes.
- Support /training other teams.

position requisites

  • Formación

    : Grado
  • Idiomas

    : Inglés: C1
  • Conocimientos

    : : manejo avanzado de excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, informes)
  • Experiencia

    : 2 años

Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking and a natural interest in understanding how processes work.
- A problemsolving attitude, with the ability to approach challenges in a structured way.
- Interest in customer service, operations, or supply chainrelated topics.
- Negotiation and conflicthandling skills, or the motivation to develop them through handson
experience.
- Good general IT skills and confidence working with digital tools; experience with SAP,
Business Warehouse, Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous exposure to ADR, IMO or IATA regulations is a plus, but not required, training can
be provided.
- Team oriented and proactive attitude and willingness to adapt and perform well in a dynamic
environment.
