your functions
Your usual day will be:
- Conduct regular evaluations of ALDI's website and app performance to maintain high standards of user experience in line with our strategic goals.
- Identify and set up the best tools for analyzing our data so we can get the insights we need.
- Determine the important key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help us measure our success and track our progress in every digital platform.
- Regularly check website and app traffic, conversions, and key metrics to guarantee its alignment with strategic priorities.
- Ensure the reliability of our data and oversee the identification and resolution of any issues, working closely with other departments.
- Collaborate and give support to Marketing and Communication teams and agencies to enhance the effectiveness and performance of our online campaigns.
- Collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to uncover valuable insights that can drive our strategies.
- Create engaging charts, dashboards, and reports that clearly represent our findings and make data easy to understand.
- Summarize the data to reveal meaningful insights that inform our decisions.
- Suggest innovative ways to enhance our digital platforms (website and app) for an even better shopper experience.
- Understand and ensure compliance with GDPR, consent mode, and relevant legal regulations to protect user data and uphold privacy standards.

What can you contribute to us?
- Degree in a relevant field and a Master¿s in digital analytics or digital tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communication roles in which the analytical skills were critical.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital channels (web, app, social media), with a willingness to explore and adapt to new digital tools as they emerge.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and knowledge of GDPR and legal regulations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, presenting key insights effectively.
- A foundational understanding of statistics and experience with statistical tools, such as Microsoft Excel, is desirable.
- Must have good communication skills to address stakeholders with different levels of expertise.
- Native Spanish Level.
- Minimum of B2-C1 English level.
