We are looking for a Marketing Analyst Manager for our client ( multinational software company).

As Marketing Analyst, you will become a temporary member of the Marketing & Solution Operations |
Performance Management & Insights team with a special focus on analytics supporting SAP¿s Partner
Management & Partner Marketing organizations. Your role will be focused on the development of reports
and analytical tools providing both organizations with data-driven insights needed to steer SAP¿s partner
marketing.
1. Build and manage relationships with SAP¿s Partner Marketing, Partner Management, Corporate
Marketing, and GTM Operations organization.
2. Collect business requirements from stakeholder which will inform and guide the development of
analytical tools.
3. Report and analytical tools will focus on the following topic areas: performance of Partner Marketing
activities, demand generation through SAP¿s partner organization, return on investment of SAP¿s
partner marketing investments, monitoring of target achievement, continuous process optimization.
4. Development of standard reports ¿ primarily with SAP Analytics Cloud, but also in form of Adobe
Analytics or complex Excel reports ¿ either a) in collaboration with SAP¿s CPIT team or b) on your
own as part of the Data Democratization program.
5. Enablement and education of stakeholders to support them with the usage of such reports.
¿¡6. Support the integration of Partner-related insights in SAP¿s overarching management reporting and
in the ¿Rhythm of the Business¿ review meetings.
7. Conduct ad-hoc analysis on various partner-related topics as requested by the senior management
of SAP¿s partner organization.

Formación
: Grado, Grado: Grado en Administración de Empresas y Gestión de la Innovación -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C2 -
Conocimientos
: sap, tableau, Office, Excel, Power Point, Power BI -
Experiencia
: 5 años
1. Fast learner able to build up relationships in a large organization and able to understand IT system
landscapes and data structures quickly.
2.Proven track record in supporting senior decision makers with analytical tools, business insights and
advice.
3.Analytical, strategic thinker with financial and business acumen.4. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud solutions ¿ or willingness to acquire such skills (based on prior
experiences with similar solutions e.g. Tableau, MS Power BI etc.)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in the area of business analytics.
6. Prior working experience with or for SAP is a plus.
7. Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders in Europe and North America (East and West-coast
based).
8. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral.
