- We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate for our client ( multinational software company).
- your functions
-
The main goal is to maintain smooth operational excellence and organizational agility
supporting EMEA North and its Market Units with Sales and Marketing performance analyses.
Monitor and provide insights about processes implementation, technology and tools rollouts
and adoption to set performance expectations, monitor progress, and measure results.
More specifically, they typically perform the following tasks:
1. Contribute to strategy and planning to establish and coordinate plans and initiatives by
providing stakeholders with Sales and Marketing performance analyses and insights.
2. Support performance management and the successful execution of our strategy and
plans
3. Support spend management processes to ensure alignment of investments with
Marketing strategy
4. Help give guidance to teams in achieving overall marketing excellence, including
adherence to company data privacy and protection policies
5. Help manage the sales pipeline by providing insights and analyses
6. Document workflow processes
7. Help manage the requirements management process for use of technology and tools
8. Help manage projects
9. Perform analytical research to provide stakeholders with insights on performance
throughout the marketing funnel - position requisites

Minimum 4-7 years of related experience
Project leadership (medium to large-scale projects)
Supporting organizational change
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience with data mining and handling with Excel
Strong Excel Skills
Strong Microsoft office skills- Formación: Grado: Grado en Marketing
- Idiomas: Inglés: C2
- Conocimientos: , marketing performance
