Formación
: Ingeniero Técnico, Ingeniero Superior -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1, Alemán: B1 -
Conocimientos
: mejora continua, análisis de resultados y kpis, black belt lean six sigma, alto perfil analítico, gestion y liderazgo -
Experiencia
: 2 años
Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Technical, or similar). Additional training in Lean Management will be highly valued.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial operations management. Profiles with fewer years but demonstrable experience in leading teams will also be considered.
Languages: Fluent English (C1) is mandatory for international reporting. Proficiency in German is highly valued.
