Corporate service provider (accounting, tax, payroll and legal services) with global presence, is recruiting a payroll consultant for their office in Barcelona, who will be responsible for a portfolio of companies, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, and will also assist current team.
- your functions
¿ Management of a portfolio of companies
¿ Preparation of monthly payroll files
¿ Preparation of forms 111/216 monthly or quarterly
¿ Preparation of forms 190/296
¿ Social Security files management
¿ Preparation of employee¿s hiring
¿ Preparation of employee¿s final settlement
¿ Company¿s social security registrations (opening of work centers, PRL coordination, registration of companies in the Social Security system, etc.)
¿ Basic advice to the client
- position requisites
· Knowledge of Spanish labour general rules.
· Knowledge of Excel.
· Advanced or proficient in English (C1or C2).
· Knowledge of payroll software ¿ A3.
· Knowledge of Non Resident / RSU / SOP / ERTE / ERE would be an advantage.
· Proactive and analytical approach, flexible and organized.
· Teamwork skill

- Idiomas: Inglés: ALTO
- Conocimientos: A3 NOM
- Experiencia: 3 años
