Do you have experience in payroll management roles and within international environments? Randstad is currently looking for a Payroll & Office Assistant for a leading company.

our client

Our client is a well-known company recognized for its commitment to quality, heritage, and excellence. With a dynamic corporate culture, they offer a collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and high standards of service.

your functions

- Payroll & Hard HR

Collection, preparation, and input of payroll variables for employees in Spain.

Direct liaison with the external payroll provider (ADP) and support to the global Reward team.

Maintenance of the Employee Central system (new hires, leavers, salary changes, organizational charts) and generation of data reports.

- Office Administration & Facilities

Management of suppliers, office supplies, couriers, shipments, and logistical support for events or meetings.

Maintenance of workspace quality standards and basic office technical support.

Front desk/visitor reception and administrative/organizational support to Senior Management.

position requisites

  • Formación

    : Grado: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos
  • Idiomas

    : Inglés: C1
  • Conocimientos

    : sap, adp, workday, HRIS
  • Experiencia

    : 3 años

- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in payroll management and office administration.

- Languages: Fluent English (C1), as you will be in daily contact with global teams.

- Systems & Software: Previous experience with ADP (payroll management) and Employee Central / SuccessFactors (data maintenance and reporting). Advanced Excel skills.

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Spanish labor legislation and payroll variables.
