our client

Our client is a consolidated fintech start-up and is looking for a PPC Manager to be part of their Marketing Team. 

your functions

Role purpose: The PPC Manager is to be responsible for driving the global PPC strategy on PPC Channels. He/She provides guidance and support to all countries on PPC matters, from SEM to Social Media to Display, on Desk and Mobile devices (Including apps). He/She also be responsible to align all PPC activities and actions based on the global Business/Product/MKTG Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of PPC campaigns.
PPC manager (Social Ads, Google Ads, Display)
Mobile App Acquisition
Researching keywords and analyzing competitors
Budget Management
Analyzing results and providing recommendations to local teams to improve campaign performance
Ongoing, proactive campaign optimization
Manage external agencies if required
Working with other departments to improve campaign results (e.g. Product Team/SEO Managers/Front End Team)

position requisites

At least 4 years of PPC campaign management experience and a proven track record on improving ROI of PPC campaigns in a competitive sector.
Managed mobile PPC campaigns (e.g. SEM or Facebook Ads).
Experience in the Travel, Insurance, or Finance sectors will be a plus.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Good organizational/time management skills.
Ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
Ability to be hands-on but also able to work on strategic projects.
The ability for problem-solving.
Assertive with a can-do attitude.
High attention to detail and ability to detect Tracking/Analytic issues.

Knowledge/Abilities:
A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
Numerical mindset and able to get insights out of data.
Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key.
