Do you have experience as a Process Manager? If you want to join a large company in the renewable energy sector, this is your opportunity! Our client Multinational company dedicated to renewable energy is looking for Process Manager based in Zamudio.

- Drive, coordinate and govern the global process (Key User) communities for most efficient IT tool

utilization for business capability

- Analyze systems in order to ensure most efficient business process support according to target IT

architecture & strategy

- First point of contact to the end users, supporting them on designated processes and supporting IT application in related issues, questions and problems

- Support and contribute in requirement definition, designing, implementing and testing to ensure mature processes within area of responsibility

- Support and perform training for end users on process & IT systems (e.g. on the job training)

- Ensure stable daily operations related to designated processes implemented in IT tools

- Support in validation of end-user business requirements, business case creation and address demands to process governance organization according to process area

- Contact person for detailed requirement clarification on technical level as executing the user acceptance

test

- Attend Key User meetings to coordinate issues, exchange knowledge and improvement possibilities for designated processes

- Act as a Master Data expert for specific clusters & workstreams.

- Manage local/ global IT change requests for business capability in collaboration with process managers and IT Demand Management position requisites

Formación: Ingeniero Superior: Ingeniero en Organización Industrial

Conocimientos: SAP SAP Ariba SCC, planificación de , Sistemas Informáticos, gestion entradas y salidas de material.

Salary from 35,000 to 45,000 + 10% bonus
