- your functions

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your main functions are:
- Validate the project needs in terms of resources (human, materials, etc.).
- Form the project team while respecting the assigned budgets.
- Define and deploy the project management plan, the project planning, the project communication plan.
- Define and deploy specific objectives for each role contributing to the project, including budget guidelines.
- Manage project schedule execution and updates. Define and manage the critical path of the project, implement appropriate action plans.
- Identify and manage project risks and deviations (schedule, product/process feasibility, quality, acceleration, cost, profitability), implement appropriate cross-cutting recovery action plans.
- Lead internal project reviews and milestone reviews against the Group Project Management Charter.
