At Randstad Professionals we are looking for a QC Manager profile to incorporate in a important international company, leader in the sector.
This rol reports to the Manufacturing Director of Instrumentation. The QC manager is responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating the quality control activities, ensuring timely delivery and following the established quality standards. The position involves leading and supporting the department staff in all the activities. The QC manager also takes part in the investigation and resolution of product issues and complaints, and has active participation in market surveillance and quality monitoring of the commercialized products. In addition, the QC manager actively participates as part of cross-functional teams, especially in quality control topics but also as documentation reviewer.
your functions
Planning and coordination of all the quality control release for the products manufactured.
Ensure all the work performed in the Department is completed in adherence with the corresponding internal policies and procedures, and the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Active participation in the root-cause analysis of defects and failures of the products. Elaborate and/or participate in NC¿s and CAPA¿s management if applicable.
Revision and preparation of all the general procedures where Quality Control is involved
Cooperation and/or preparation and revision of validation protocols and reports for final product, changes in raw materials, changes in processes, changes in packaging material, etc¿
Management and maintenance of records and documents of all the controls done.
Cooperation with Regulatory and Technical Support.
Coordination of the team for the optimal operation of the Department, identifying training needs, improvement opportunities and addressing any requirements of the staff with the management.
Inspect the final outputs of the quality control for all lots and provide a dictamen of the products according to the established specifications and requirements.
Keep a product monitoring scheme, to detect trends or abnormal results through statistical analysis.
Contributes to building talent through the performance evaluation processes stablished by the company and periodic feedback meetings with the personnel.

Conocimientos

Experiencia
: 4 años
Bachelor¿s degree in, Industrial Engineering, Executive Master / MBA will be a plus
Strong user of Advance Excel, Navision/Business Central and BI tools.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment and industrial, diagnostics or medical device industry.
