- Provide excellent customer service.
- Announcing clients as necessary and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing meeting rooms.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Assisting the business office with administrative and accounting tasks, and performing other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ordering and managing inventory of stationary and other office necessities.
position requisites

: FP Grado Medio -
Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: experiencia recepción -
Experiencia
: 2 años
- Associate¿s or bachelor¿s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Experience using SAGE X3 will be highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
