your functions

The Analyst, within the Asset Management department, will collaborate in the analysis and reporting of the Assets.


- Develop bottom-up forecast for estimating the airport¿s future performance related to traffic, aero income, non-aero income, and opex.
- Develop bill of quantities of airport capital projects linking developments with demand triggers.
- Collaborate with the M&A department on the technical analysis of potential bids by the company.
- Supervise the tasks carried out or outsourced to external partners to develop estimates of demand, revenue, costs and infrastructure investments of the bids that the division submits.
- Collaborate in the analysis of specific projects where a technical overview of the shareholders is needed.
- Support on the preparation of commercial proposals for airlines, retail and F&B operators, in coordination with the assets.
- Provide reports on traffic, income and opex of the assets.
- Research and communicate market intelligence relevant to the assets.
- Develop and supervise the operational models for bidding processes and asset management.
- In collaboration with the Finance department on the analysis of the evolution of the economic, operational, and financial variables of the investments
- Prepare and update the financial and operational reports and models

position requisites

• Formación

  : Licenciado, Ingeniero Superior

• Idiomas

  : Inglés: C1

• Conocimientos

  : administración y contabilidad

• Experiencia

  : 1 año

- Preferably aeronautical engineering, other engineerings will also be highly valued. Master´s degree will be highly valued.
- 1- 2 year of relevant experience in the aviation sector.
- High level of English is essential.
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI usage is mandatory.
- Relevant academic record in the aviation industry.
- Availability to travel is essential.
- High level of independence and proactivity when proposing solutions or improvements.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Communication skills: take on responsibilities with the main stakeholders. Communicate in a clear and efficient manner.
- Flexibility and ability to react under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
