Desde Randstad Professionals buscamos un Jefe de Mantenimiento, Reparación y Almacenaje para incorporarse a importante multinacional del sector de los medios de pago de manera temporal (6 meses).

your functions

He/She will be responsible for delivery, cost and quality of activities under your control and be the primary point of contact for day to day issues for all delivery activities associated with repair, customization or warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
¿ Supervision of the inventory, ensuring no SAP stock discrepancies
¿ Supervision and leadership of the customer fulfillment team under your guidance
¿ Negotiation and contracting with suppliers in the repair and Customization area
¿ Preparation and analysis of appropriate KPIs that encourage a positive outcome
¿ Ownership, control and improvement activities for defined budgets
¿ Demonstrable Continuous Improvement activities for repair and customization centers
¿ Ensuring that the platform centers have the necessary tools and information to Support their activities
¿ Ownership of purchase requests to suppliers in the area.
¿ Responsible for the preparation of appropriate client MI .
¿ Provide service management Support for appropriate VIP clients
¿ Support the commercial department in the development of repair service offers.
¿ Responsible for the seamless introduction of new products / services into the regional customer fulfillment portfolio

position requisites

Experience in the management of repair and / or maintenance services of electronic equipment, minimum 2 years.
Education: Engineer Qualified with complementary training and / or experience in organization and management.

Languages: English Fluent (Spanish native). French an advantage.

Core competencies:
Customer focused with ability to build relationships (internal and external)
Drive and enthusiasm, self motivated high achiever
Experience in team management.
Organization skills.

Functional competencies:
High knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel) and office tools in general (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in warehousing and production areas.
Technical knowledge in electronics.
Financial knowledge.Experience of SAP is a plus.
Availability for travel (national and international)

  • Conocimientos: electrónico, diagnóstico y reparación averías, Area de mantenimiento, equipamiento electrónico
  • Experiencia: 3 años
