Important multinational company in the industrial sector located in Baix Llobregat needs to incorporate a sales controller.
- your functions
- Preparation of budgets, forecasting and monitoring of allocation and variances of the costs of production and logistics sites (Spain and Portugal) Develop and monitor the budget of the different brands/business/segments. Collect and process information and apply sales costs to reach the results of the company. Calculation of standard costs, material cost, shopfloor cost, logistics and transport Prepare quarterly rolling sales forecast, considering sales evolution, net sales and assuming all the potential cost increases in the market. Management of profitability studies of new projects, follow-up and analysis of start-up deviations Control and analysis of deviations of CAPEX projects: budget, authorization limits, deviations, etc. Prepare monthly sales report Make the monthly closing exercise on time and accurate in order to have the information needed to analyse the course of business. Prepare the appropriate analysis (by channel, product category, customers, etc.) to be able to influence the business decision making process Analysis of different components of sales turnover in order to have a clear view of the contribution structure Control analysis. Evaluation of deviations vs. budget and proposals to make it more efficient in coordination/conjunction with Financial department Preparation of Sales KPI for reporting. Analysis of the origin of deviations vs. Budget and historical data. Definition calculation and monitoring of sales and services
