ContactarProvide support to internal and external customers and to ensure
customer satisfaction. Sales Support responsibilities include a wide range of services and
consultation. The sales support representative will be supporting our Commercial Organization in
various activities like contracts, pricing maintenance, rebate management, master data base,
procurement etc.

-Responsible for inquiry process, including offer management, price calculations and
management.
-Performs standard Customer and Price Master Data Maintenance activities following defined
procedures and guidelines in SAP as well as in salesforce.com CRM system
-Procurement orders for all activities related to the commercial process.
- Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
- Asset management and reconciliation
-Drives adoption of digital at our customers and supports / reports in case of issues.
-Supports Sales by providing detailed input/reports on sales volumes by account
position requisites

: Grado -
Idiomas
: Francés: C1, Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: administrativo con sap -
Experiencia
: 1 año
- Advance in English
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Economics
- SAP, excel knowledge desired
-2 years experience in a Sales support or Customer Service position
