Our client is an international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid and develop intelligent warehouse management solutions and process-reliable warehouse automation for their customers to make their lives easier.
your functions
Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management
Implementation of change requests
Coordination of the SAP SuccessFactors releases (preparation and processing)
Project work for the further Rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors (migration and testing workstreams)
Close cooperation with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area
Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database
Conducting system tests
Supervision of the development and test instances
Support in setting up the IT service management processes

Conocimientos
: sap sf -
Experiencia
: 5 años
University Degree in Business Informatics or similar
Practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB; additional module knowledge desirable).
5+ years of experience in support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications
Experiences in the system documentation.
Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships
Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3
Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.
Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support
Certification in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB).
Willingness for continuous training and certification in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors applications (example: SuccessFactors Expert Accreditation SFX for Customers).
Full Proficiency in English
