Reporting to the Team Lead Workplace in the Business Solutions department, the Site Administrator Workplace is key to fostering effective collaboration between Corporate IT and on-site teams.

User Support & Consultation ¿ Act as the primary contact for workplace-related assistance, providing hands-on support for hardware and software issues.
Technical Expertise ¿ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Apple) to effectively assist users.
Training & Onboarding ¿ Organise and deliver training sessions, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
Inventory Management ¿ Oversee hardware and software inventory within the Product Portfolio Management.
Feedback & Improvement ¿ Collect user feedback and collaborate with the Business Analyst to enhance workplace solutions and services.
