- Our client operates one of the world's most comprehensive port and integrated inland service networks. They are hiring a Software Developer that helps them to provide enerprise level assistance to their users.
- your functions

You will be part of an international team, where we expect you to develop the following functions:
- Research and identify solutions to product issues.
- Validate, diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
- Talk users through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until the ticket is closed.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (technical or deployment teams)
- Passionate about technology and software engineering - position requisites

- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks: JAVA, Python, RDBMS MS SQL Server, HTML, WebServices (SOAP, API Rest), Spring framework, JPA.
- Background in software projects: develop, configure, testing and database administrator.- Formación: FP Grado Medio, FP Grado Superior: Informática
- Idiomas: Inglés: C1
- Conocimientos: , microsoft azure
