- your functions

- You will advise our Operational Divisions and the team in the Shared Service Centre on thefunctionality & implementation of continuous process optimization or IT system solutions in the SuccessFactors BizX environment, for all the modules as well as the platform administration topics and take care of the technical implementation.
- In addition to conducting studies and evaluating software, you will analyse and describe requirements and present the results and solution designs to target groups.
- You control 3rd party providers in the analysis and integration.
- You are responsible for admin configuration, report generation, 3rd party add-on integration and support in release cycles, projects, change requests and ongoing services as 2nd level expert support.

Our main requirements:
- You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or have a comparable completed education with many years of HR IT professional experience in various areas.
- Through your previous work, you have developed a good overall understanding of the SuccessFactors solution and can draw on good knowledge within the HR IT landscape.
- You have experience in SuccessFactors projects as well as in technical implementation.
- Ideally, you already have experience in integration as well as the design of User Stories with the Embedded Analytics. All the BizX modules and LMS, platform topics and configuration approaches with release-cycles shall be known.
- You drive projects forward with your innovative strength, keeping the company's interests in mind, and you are able to develop sustainable solutions through your customer-oriented actions.- Formación: Master
