your functions

As a VAT analyst, you will be responsible of the following:

 Prepare accurate VAT returns (monthly/ quarterly basis). Run ESL & Intrastat reporting. VAT Account reconciliation.To prepare and deliver quality financial reports as required by internal or external requirements on time ( Vat declarations, Tax audits, etc).Initiate further investigations and corrections when applicable. Perform the VAT closing activities and resolve subsequent queries. Calculate and post accruals. Keep up to date on Legislation related to VAT, ESL and Intrastat in the country under responsibility (Continuous Professional Education). To participate on internal & external financial audits. Support the local and tax organization particularly in case of tax audits. Participate in special projects either based on business requests for support or internal team projects for continuous improvement of processes and data quality. To perform detailed review, analysis and interpretation of defined processes in the VAT area, ensuring accuracy of data and adequate processing and reporting. Liaising with businesses and functions and provide guidance as appropriate to ensure that internal controls are in place and operating effectively  Maintaining the relationship with internal and external parties, e.g. the Finance Service Centers Tax, Legal, Board of Directors, internal and external auditors etc.

  : 1 año

- Advanced English
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
- SAP knowledge desired
- EXCEL
